Official Manufacturers Warranty - For brands we are official stockists for we offer a manufacturers warranty typically for 1, 2, or 3 years. Please refer to your warranty booklet for detailed information on what your warranty covers. If the watch develops a fault within the warranty period you should send it directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Please note you will have to cover postage fees for the repair for which we recommend using a tracked service. Please note 'warranty exclusions' below for defects not typically covered under manufacturer warranty.

Watches and Crystals Warranty - For brands we are third party stockists for we offer our own standard 2 year warranty unless otherwise stated on the timepiece. During this warranty period if your watch develops a fault you may return it to us for either repair, replacement, or a full refund. If the watch develops a fault within 60 days from your date of order we will cover the postage costs. If the fault occurs after 60 days it's the customers responsibility to cover the postage fees. We advise using a trackable service for returning all watches. Please note repairs generally take between 7-21 working days.

Watches that have defects with their movements such as abnormally gaining time, losing time, or not keeping proper time will be covered under our warranty program. Our warranty does not cover "external damage" to the product.


Warranty Coverage - For defective products under warranty purchased within 60 days our standard policy is to replace or refund the product in full. Please note we will not replace or refund products that are subject to faults covered within our list of warranty exclusions. For products purchased outside of 60 days we will repair the item, where a repair is not possible we will provide a replacement.


Batteries - The battery and reseal is covered by our Life Time guarantee. If the watch has not been maintained to the manufacturer's guidelines and serviced within the past 3 years, we cannot offer a guarantee on its future reliability.


Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover any damage resulting from, water/moisture damage. Additionally, the warranty does not cover any damage to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet/band, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch.

Further our warranty does not cover you if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear, or if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines.

  • External wear-and-tear from normal daily use.
  • External damage to the product. Any damages resulting from wear to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch.
  • Defects caused by outside force, improper use, or ANY such incidental damages which occur by dropping or banging the timepiece.
  • Any lost/missing stones or gems on the outer portion of the watch or watch face.
  • Any damage if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines.
  • Watches that are labelled as water resistant featuring a screw down crown. The crown must be screwed down properly at all times to keep the watch casing from receiving water damage inside the stem. Water damage is not covered under warranty by Watches and Crystals or any other manufacturer.
  • Damage caused from strap adjustments especially with Ceramic Watches.  We advised you use a professional watch specialist for this as any damage caused adjusting the strap is the customers responsibility.
  • Any lost/missing links to the watch.
